Projecting Success is proud to be the driving force behind improving data and AI driven project delivery.
In addition to our apprenticeships, we are actively shaping the future of the profession. Our drive to evolve project delivery and our influence sets us apart.
- We co-authored the APM's guide to Getting Started in Project Data and were a member of the APM's Data Advisory Group.
- We co-authored the manifesto for data-driven project delivery and were invited to present at the NISTA and No.10 Data Science Unit Belfast meeting on data and AI, contributing to the development of the Belfast Paper. We helped shape the APPG paper.
- We founded Project:Hack as a means of uniting the community around common goals, inspiring people and creating a movement.
- We have written, and open sourced, several books on next generation project delivery. We were the data steward for two world-first project data trusts.
- We created and maintain Marvin, a community LLM specifically trained on project delivery data. We also created the ChPP agent to help people navigate their application process.
