Safeguarding
At Projecting Success, safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to creating a safe, supportive environment for all our adult apprentices, ensuring their welfare and wellbeing throughout their learning journey. Whether you are a learner, employer, or stakeholder, our safeguarding team is here to support you.
What is safeguarding?
Safeguarding means protecting the health, wellbeing, and human rights of individuals, enabling them to live free from harm, abuse, and neglect. For adult apprentices, this includes:
- Providing a safe learning environment.
- Supporting mental health and wellbeing.
- Addressing concerns such as bullying, harassment, or discrimination.
Our safeguarding service is available to anyone involved in our apprenticeship programmes—learners, employers, or staff members—who needs advice, support, or someone to talk to.
