On Wednesday 12 November, something remarkable happened for our small but determined team at Projecting Success. Our Chairman, Martin Paver, was invited to the House of Commons to attend the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Project Delivery report launch, a milestone moment that puts our work and our voice at the heart of shaping the future of UK infrastructure.
For a company of our size, being welcomed into Parliament is extraordinary. It’s a testament to the impact our small team is having: challenging assumptions, championing better use of data, and consistently pushing for smarter ways to deliver the nation’s most important projects. We may be a small organisation, but moments like this show that our influence is being felt in the rooms where decisions are made.

Being Heard at the Highest Levels
Standing inside the House of Commons, surrounded by leaders from government, industry, and national delivery bodies, Martin represented not just Projecting Success but the wider community that believes the UK can deliver projects differently.
It was inspiring to see the themes we have campaigned for over many years recognised at a national level.
Our submissions, community initiatives, research, and thought leadership have all been part of a larger movement to push project data, AI capability, and collaborative innovation higher up the national agenda. Seeing those ideas reflected in the APPG report is an incredible affirmation of the work our team and community have put in.
Looking Ahead
As the industry responds to the APPG report, one thing is clear: the future of UK infrastructure will be shaped by collaboration between government, clients, suppliers, and the communities driving innovation from the ground up.
We’re proud to play our part in that journey and even prouder that our voice is now being heard at the highest levels of government.
